It's been three years since the Toyota Land Cruiser was sold in the U.S. But the 2024 model year sees the model make a comeback. The Land Cruiser is now smaller, more fuel-efficient, and packed with tech. Many overseas drivers love this iteration of the Land Cruiser, and so will you, so purchase one from Hudson Toyota.

Highlights of the 2024 Land Cruiser

The new Toyota Land Cruiser is an entirely new model to what it once was. Now, the SUV shares a design and platform with the Lexus GX, making it a shorter vehicle. This shorter design means the Land Cruiser now has two rows. But it makes up for it with better stability and maneuverability.

The cabin itself is also reworked and features much more tech. An eight-inch display comes standard, with higher trims offering a 12.3-inch monitor. This display controls the six-speaker stereo and has wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Shoppers will also appreciate the wealth of new safety features in the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 bundle. The bundle features lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and automated emergency braking, to name a few.

A new hybrid engine now powers the Land Cruiser. The engine is a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder that produces 326 horsepower and 465 lbs.-ft of torque. According to the EPA's estimation, the new engine gets around 22 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway.
